Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in SDR/BDR roles, solid written communication, experience with outreach tools, and ability to manage a Salesforce-led pipeline while remaining coachable and gritty.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred.
• Experience as SDR/BDR or in outbound sales.
• Ability to craft personalized outreach messages.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and pipeline management.
• Grit, curiosity and coachability.

Responsibilities

• Source ideal accounts based on ICP and market fit.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
