You will own the top of the funnel—researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers—and you will shape Blacksmith’s first impression with potential clients.

This is a thoughtful outreach role, using tools like LinkedIn, SalesLoft and Salesforce to hit volume targets while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience with quota carrying is preferred.
• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and pipeline management.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
