Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Head of Recruitment Operations to lead a fully remote recruitment function. You will optimize sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, while implementing SOPs and leveraging ATS/CRM/HRIS to scale operations.

You will guide data analytics, ensure compliance, and collaborate with vendors to enhance efficiency. This leader will drive remote team performance and strategic growth from Soweto and surrounding regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in recruitment operations or senior leadership within recruitment
• Experience scaling recruitment operations and improving process efficiency
• Deep knowledge of recruitment technologies and strategic implementation
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Proven remote leadership and project management abilities
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize all recruitment operations end-to-end
• Develop and implement SOPs and best practices across the function
• Manage recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM, HRIS)
• Lead data analysis to track metrics and drive decisions
