Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for entry-level positions, internships, and graduate programs.
• Source and screen candidates, focusing on potential, motivation, and basic qualifications.
• Conduct engaging interviews and provide constructive feedback to candidates.
• Build relationships with educational institutions and career services departments.
• Partner with clients to understand their needs for junior talent and early career development programs.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the application and interview process.
