Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Real Estate Analyst to support national operations from anywhere in South Africa. You will analyze market data, valuations, investment potential, and economic indicators to provide insights for strategic decisions.

The role requires 2+ years in real estate analysis, strong data skills (Excel/SQL/Python), and excellent reporting abilities. This is a fully remote position with opportunities to impact real estate strategy nationally.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, real estate or related quantitative field.
2+ years of real estate analysis or related financial analysis experience.
Strong communication; report writing and presentation skills.
Experience with real estate valuation models and market research methodologies.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth market research and data analysis on residential and commercial real estate trends across various regions.
Analyze property data, including sales history, rental income, operating expenses, and potential ROI for investment opportunities.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market conditions, property valuations, and investment feasibility for internal teams and clients.
Monitor economic indicators and policy changes that may impact the real estate market.
Develop and maintain databases of real estate information, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
Collaborate virtually with internal teams, including acquisitions, sales, and management, to provide analytical support.
