Somewhere is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive new client acquisition in a newly opened market. The role is remote, open to Latin America and South Africa, with a compensation package featuring a base salary plus uncapped commission.

The company offers a free first shoot to new clients to accelerate conversions and aims to convert prospects into repeat paying clients, increasing revenue via commissions earned from paid shoots.

Formación

• 3–5 years of sales experience in real estate or related fields.
• Strong understanding of real estate terminology and agent workflows.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and lead conversion.
• Experience using CRM systems (any CRM).
• Comfortable conducting high-volume outreach via calls, social media, email, and SMS.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and acquire new real estate clients remotely in the targeted market.
• Engage and nurture inbound and outbound leads through multiple channels.
• Present real estate photography, drone, and floor plan services to clients.
• Convert prospects into bookings; drive repeat bookings at full price.
