Placements24 is seeking a Remote Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to identify, evaluate, and close off-market and on-market opportunities. You will work independently from anywhere, building relationships with brokers, owners and stakeholders to expand the company’s portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in real estate acquisitions, strong market analysis, and proficiency with real estate and financial modeling tools. A remote, autonomous, results-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of real estate acquisitions or brokerage experience with closing track record.
• Strong knowledge of real estate markets, investment analysis and valuation methods.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with financial modeling and real estate software; remote work capability.

Responsabilités

• Identify and source real estate acquisition opportunities via direct outreach, brokers and online platforms.
• Conduct preliminary due diligence including market analysis, comps and property conditions.
• Analyze deal viability with pro forma projections and ROI calculations.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and terms with sellers and representatives.
• Build a network of brokers, owners and industry contacts.
• Prepare investment memorandums and present to the investment committee.
• Manage the acquisition process from outreach to closing.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape; coordinate remotely with teams.
