Placements24 is seeking a motivated Remote Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to identify and secure profitable investment properties nationwide. This fully remote role involves market research, deal analysis, and negotiation with owners and agents to expand the company’s investment portfolio.

You will leverage your experience to source off-market opportunities, perform due diligence, and present viable deals to the acquisitions committee while coordinating end-to-end from contact to close.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investment analysis, or a related field.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing real estate deals, preferably off-market.
• Strong financial acumen and proficiency in real estate financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
