Placements24 is seeking a motivated Remote Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to identify, evaluate, and negotiate property acquisitions across markets. You will analyze cash flows, perform due diligence, and structure deals while collaborating with an internal deal team and legal counsel.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in acquisitions, strong Excel modeling skills, and excellent negotiation and remote-communication abilities for a results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate acquisitions or related roles.
• Strong financial modeling and real estate valuation skills for cash flow analysis.

Responsabilités

• Source real estate investment opportunities through multiple channels including off-market and broker networks.
• Perform financial modeling, ROI analysis, and market feasibility studies for potential acquisitions.
• Coordinate due diligence with third parties and legal counsel to finalize purchase agreements.
• Negotiate purchase contracts and transaction documents with stakeholders and sellers.
• Develop relationships with brokers, sellers, and other market participants involved in acquisitions.
• Prepare investment summaries and presentations for investment committee reviews.
