Excellent negotiation and communication skills with stakeholders
Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and source real estate acquisition opportunities via multiple channels
Conduct thorough due diligence including financial analysis and market valuations
Develop financial models and investment proposals to support acquisition recommendations
Negotiate terms of purchase agreements with sellers and representatives
Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure smooth closings
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, and industry professionals
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on market trends and opportunities
Manage a pipeline of acquisition targets and ensure timely progression of deals
Stay updated on market dynamics, economic indicators, and regulatory changes affecting real estate
