Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join a fully remote team. You will identify, evaluate, and execute lucrative real estate investments across asset classes and geographies, driving deal origination and closing while leveraging extensive market knowledge and financial acumen.

The role requires leading due diligence, negotiating terms, and presenting to an Investment Committee.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in real estate acquisitions, investment banking, or corporate real estate finance.
• Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and underwriting skills.
• Proven ability to source and negotiate complex real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and source potential real estate acquisition opportunities through extensive networking, market research, and deal sourcing initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including underwriting, valuation, and modeling of potential investments across diverse asset types.
• Lead the due diligence process for target acquisitions, coordinating with legal counsel, consultants, and internal teams.
• Negotiate transaction terms, purchase agreements, and other deal documentation to achieve optimal outcomes for the firm.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, sellers, lenders, and other industry participants to enhance deal flow.
• Prepare and present detailed investment recommendations and presentations to the Investment Committee.
• Manage the entire acquisition process, ensuring efficient execution and timely closing of deals.
• Stay abreast of market trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes impacting real estate investments.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of the firm's acquisition strategies.
