Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Property Acquisition Specialist to identify and secure investment properties for a leading real estate investment group. This fully remote role relies on market research, valuation, and proactive outreach to build a robust deal pipeline.

You will evaluate investment feasibility, model potential returns, negotiate terms with sellers, and collaborate with legal and finance teams to close transactions.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in property acquisition or related sales.
• Strong real estate valuation, market analysis, and financial modeling.
• Excellent remote communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and online research tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Knowledge of SA real estate market preferred.
• Bachelor's in Real Estate/Finance/Business is advantageous.
