Placements24 seeks a remote Quality Assurance Lead to define and drive quality strategy across manufacturing operations. You will lead a distributed QA team, implement QMS, and ensure ISO 9001/Six Sigma compliance while guiding continuous improvement from a distance.

You will collaborate with R&D, production, and engineering, manage QA documentation, perform RCA/CAPA, and push for robust quality across the product lifecycle in a fully remote, international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Management in manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading remote teams.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean).
• Strong SPC and QC methodologies; RCA and CAPA experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive QA strategies and policies.
• Lead and manage a remote team of QA professionals.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for QA activities.
• Oversee design and execution of quality control, inspections, testing, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and engineering to integrate quality across development and manufacturing.
• Manage QA documentation and records.
