Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our remote quality team. You will develop and monitor QA procedures, perform audits, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least four years of QA experience. You will collaborate cross-functionally in a fully remote environment, leveraging collaboration tools to maintain high standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working remotely and using collaboration tools effectively.
• Solid understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and audit principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Conduct internal audits of manufacturing processes and systems to ensure compliance with standards.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to address non-conformities.
• Support the implementation of quality improvement projects and initiatives.
• Prepare quality documentation and reports for management and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all stages of product development and manufacturing.
