Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Technician to join its remote team. You will develop and implement rigorous testing protocols to ensure product quality and integrity across manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of QA experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SPC and ISO 9001.
• Proficiency with QC tools and measurement equipment.
• Excellent analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quality control plans and test procedures.
• Inspect raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods.
• Document non-conformances and drive corrective actions.
• Analyze quality data and report KPIs and trends.
• Maintain records of all quality checks and tests.
