Placements24 is seeking a motivated Remote Quality Control Specialist to support manufacturing excellence from a home office. This fully remote role allows you to monitor product quality through data analysis, remote inspections, and QMS adherence.

You will collaborate with on-site teams, maintain records, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other standards, contributing to continuous quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency with digital tools for communication, data analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote reviews of production data and quality reports to identify trends and deviations.
• Perform virtual inspections and audits of manufacturing processes based on established checklists.
• Analyze quality metrics and generate reports on product conformity and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with on-site quality teams and production staff via digital communication tools.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive and organized records of all quality control activities.
