Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized and strategic Remote Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse SA real estate portfolio from a fully remote location. You will drive performance, optimize rental income, and provide expert financial oversight with proactive asset management.

Responsibilities include lease administration, tenant relations, budgeting, forecasting, and preparing investment reviews.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years in property management or portfolio management.
Proven track record of managing investment properties and optimizing portfolio performance.
Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for remote interaction.
Preference for knowledge of South African real estate laws.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of a diverse portfolio of real estate properties.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize property value, rental income, and occupancy rates.
Manage tenant relationships, lease negotiations, and lease compliance.
Coordinate maintenance and inspections remotely.
Prepare financial reports, including budgets and variance analysis.
Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes in property management.
