Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of investment properties across South Africa. This fully remote role requires strategic asset enhancement, strong financial oversight, and superb tenant relations.

You will manage operations, budgeting, and reporting while leveraging property management software and virtual collaboration tools to maximize investor returns.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or portfolio management.
• Experience managing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
• Strong knowledge of property law, leasing agreements, and tenant management.
• Excellent financial management, budgeting and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving for a remote role.
• Proficiency with property management software and virtual tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of investment properties, ensuring efficient operations and maximizing profitability.
• Oversee tenant relations, including leasing, rent collection, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
• Conduct regular property inspections and performance reviews.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, budgets, and variance analyses for the portfolio.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance property value and tenant satisfaction.
