Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of real estate portfolio or asset management experience.
- Proficiency in real estate finance, market analysis, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for a portfolio of real estate assets to optimize returns and minimize risk.
- Monitor portfolio performance, including financial results, occupancy rates, and asset value appreciation.
- Oversee property management operations, ensuring high standards of maintenance, tenant satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Manage leasing activities, including market analysis, rental rate setting, and lease negotiation support.
- Prepare regular performance reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for property enhancements, capital improvements, and potential acquisitions or dispositions.
