Placements24 is seeking a Remote Property Market Analyst to join its fully remote team. You will gather and interpret data on South African property markets, produce insights, and support investment decisions with clear, data-driven reports and dashboards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in market analysis, strong Excel/SQL/Python skills, experience with real estate data providers, and the ability to communicate complex results to stakeholders remotely.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in market analysis or research, preferably in real estate.
• Strong quantitative skills with Excel, SQL, and Python.
• Experience with real estate data providers and market research platforms.
• Excellent report writing and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
