Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, finance, real estate, statistics, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in real estate market analysis or economic forecasting.
• Proven ability to conduct complex quantitative and qualitative research and analysis.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis software (R, Python, SPSS) and advanced Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; remote work capability.
