Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Property Listing Coordinator to manage the intake and presentation of new property listings from a home office. The role focuses on accurate data entry, preparing marketing materials, and optimizing listings for online visibility in the Queenstown area, Eastern Cape.

You will collaborate with agents and marketing teams to streamline listings, gather media, and ensure compliance with branding and regulatory requirements, all in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support, data entry, or real estate administration.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in CRM software, listing portals, and standard office suites.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work remotely.
• Familiarity with the Queenstown real estate market is a plus.

Responsibilities
