Placements24 is seeking a creative and digitally savvy Remote Real Estate Marketing Specialist to drive property sales and brand awareness for Paarl listings. You will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies across online and offline channels to attract buyers and tenants, and generate high-quality leads.

In this fully remote role, you will manage content creation, campaigns, and analytics, while collaborating with a global virtual team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience with a focus on digital marketing and content creation.
• Proven experience with social media, email marketing campaigns, and paid advertising.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM software.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for real estate listings, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Create compelling marketing content, including property descriptions, brochures, videos, and virtual tours.
• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns to maximize reach and lead generation.
