Qualifications

• Master's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or MBA.
• 15+ years senior construction project management and leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering multi-million dollar projects and managing P&L.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams remotely.
• Knowledge of international construction standards, contract law, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and overall management for a portfolio of significant construction projects.
• Take full P&L responsibility for assigned projects.
• Develop and implement strategic project plans including scope, resources, and risk management.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
• Oversee contract negotiations, procurement strategies, and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, regulatory standards; drive best practices.
• Monitor performance and report to executive leadership; manage complex contractual issues.
