Woolpert seeks a Project Accountant to join the Finance team in Johannesburg, South Africa. This fully remote position reports to the Project Financial Support Group Manager and focuses on timely billing, project setup, and contract compliance across projects.

4–6 years of related experience and a BCom Accounting degree are required. The role requires working US hours (14:00–23:00) and proficiency with MIS, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and Adobe.

Formación

• BCom Accounting degree with 4–6 years of related experience.
• Ability to work US hours (14:00–23:00) and manage cross-time-zone communication.
• Proficiency with accounting systems and various reports.
• Strong Microsoft Office suite skills; proficiency in Adobe products and database management software.
• Experience with bulk invoicing is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews and approves customer account set-ups and ensures billing details are on file.
• Prepares accurate and timely billings and enters data into MIS.
• Monitors collections and assists AR team with follow-ups.
• Maintains customer account invoices and contract files; handles billing voids and adjustments.
• Ensures CSP processes are followed and supports risk management with transaction history.
