Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Management Accountant for a fully remote role, ideally based near Pretoria. You will provide key accounting insights to support strategic decisions and improve financial performance.

You will develop and report on management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and KPI metrics, and collaborate with a dispersed finance team using modern technology. The role requires a 4+ year track record in management accounting, a relevant degree, and proficiency in Excel and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, or Finance.
• CIMA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and performance management knowledge.
• Excellent remote communication of complex financial information.

Responsibilities
