Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Program Coordinator for a progressive non-profit focused on sustainable livelihoods and community resilience. This fully remote role requires strong project management, planning, monitoring, and evaluation across multiple social development initiatives.

You will lead remote coordination, manage timelines and budgets, report to senior management and donors, and build relationships with community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program coordination or project management in non-profit or international development sector.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects remotely.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and virtual collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of social development programs from a remote setting.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and partners remotely.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Collect, analyze, and report on program data and KPIs.
• Build relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and beneficiaries.
