Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Sciences, International Development, Public Policy, Human Rights, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in program management, preferably within international development or non-profit sectors.
• Proven track record designing, managing, and scaling social programs.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment with virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of social inclusion programs from conceptualization to evaluation.
• Develop strategic program plans aligned with mission and goals.
• Manage program budgets with efficient resource allocation.
• Lead and mentor remote program teams.
• Build relationships with community partners, government agencies, beneficiaries, and stakeholders.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify opportunities for new or expanded programs.
• Develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track progress and impact.
• Prepare comprehensive program reports for stakeholders and donors.
• Ensure compliance with policies, donor requirements, and legal regulations.
• Represent the client at conferences and events to advance social inclusion discourse.
