Placements24 is seeking a visionary Program Director to lead and shape transformative social programs in a fully remote role. This senior position directs strategic planning, program development, and execution, with oversight of diverse projects and global partnerships, ensuring alignment with our mission to drive positive change.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD required in a relevant field.
Minimum 8–10 years in international development, humanitarian aid, or non‑profit program management.
At least 3 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for social impact programs.
Oversee full lifecycle of programs from conception to evaluation.
Manage a geographically dispersed team of program managers and specialists.
Secure funding through grant writing and donor engagement; manage budgets.
Foster partnerships with NGOs, governments, and stakeholders.
Ensure data-driven programs with robust MEL frameworks.
