The candidate should have a Master's degree and 8–10 years of leadership in program management within education or international development, with strong budgeting, governance, and data-driven

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, International Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in program management, preferably in education or international development.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, operational management and financial oversight.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with diverse cultural contexts and in remote management settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for all educational programs in the designated region.
• Oversee program planning, budgeting, implementation and evaluation processes.
• Manage and mentor a team of program staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials and educational partners.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and local regulations.
• Monitor program outcomes, analyze data, and prepare reports for senior management and donors.
