Qualifications

• 3–5 years in program development, project management or related non-profit role.
• Demonstrated success designing, implementing and evaluating social programs.
• Strong analytical, research and report-writing abilities.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, international development, public administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and develop new programs aligned with community needs.
• Manage full lifecycle of programs: planning, budgeting, implementation and monitoring.
• Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies to inform design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, partners and stakeholders.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and metrics to measure impact.
