Qualifications

• Proven understanding of lean concepts (5S, Kaizen, VSM).
• Strong data interpretation and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent virtual communication for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production workflows, equipment performance and resource use to identify improvements.
• Develop strategies to boost efficiency, reduce cycle times and minimize waste.
• Apply lean tools to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance with corrective actions.
• Collaborate with plant management and production teams remotely to implement changes.
• Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and develop solutions.
• Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
