Placements24 is seeking an experienced Production Engineer for a fully remote role focused on optimizing production from existing fields, improving recovery, and maximizing efficiency. You will analyze data, diagnose issues, and develop strategies for well and facility performance in collaboration with field operations, reservoir, and management teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in production engineering within Oil & Gas.
• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum or Chemical Engineering and strong data analysis skills.
• Experience with artificial lift, wellhead management, flow assurance, and optimization.
• Ability to work remotely with effective communication across dispersed teams.
• Knowledge of HSE standards in production operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies for artificial lift systems.
• Diagnose production problems and bottlenecks.
• Optimize well and facility performance using engineering principles.
• Collaborate with reservoir and facilities engineers on forecasting and recovery.
• Ensure smooth integration of production and surface operations.
