Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, business, or related field.
• 10+ years in oil & gas ops management, with remote or distributed leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and P&Ls for large-scale operations.
• Excellent leadership and virtual communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of oil & gas processes, safety regulations, and risk management.
• Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans for remote assets.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and production targets.
• Manage budgets, resources, and expenditures for remote activities.
• Lead and motivate distributed teams with a culture of collaboration.
• Implement and monitor performance KPIs for remote operations.
• Liaise with stakeholders, regulators, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
