Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in production management within manufacturing.
Proven experience with lean manufacturing and process optimization.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and optimize resource allocation.
Monitor production processes and quality control measures to ensure products meet established standards.
Manage and mentor production staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance remote team culture.
Oversee inventory management and supply chain logistics to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
