Job summary
Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations from a remote setting. Qualifications
- Experience as a Production Supervisor or similar in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality control, and production processes.
- Strong leadership and remote team management skills.
- Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules and workflows to meet demand and quality targets.
- Supervise remote production teams with clear direction and support.
- Conduct performance reviews and training programs for team members.
- Analyze production data to identify improvements and reduce waste.
- Ensure safety regulations and quality standards across processes.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain partners.
