Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Production Efficiency Analyst to remotely analyze production data from Centurion facilities with occasional site visits. You will identify trends, inefficiencies, and KPIs, creating dashboards and reports to guide management decisions.

The role requires a strong data-analysis background, proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python/R, and BI tools, plus collaboration with production and engineering teams to implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production analysis or data analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced), SQL, and statistical packages (R, Python, SPSS).
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau/Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze production data from multiple sources.
• Identify trends and deviations in production performance metrics.
• Develop dashboards and reports visualizing KPIs.
• Interpret data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and propose actions.
• Collaborate with production managers and engineering teams.
• Forecast production needs and optimize resource allocation using statistics.
