Placements24 seeks a highly analytical Remote Production Operations Analyst to monitor, analyze, and optimize production performance across a dispersed network from a remote setup. You will leverage data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities for strategic decision-making.

You will develop reports and dashboards, track KPIs, and collaborate virtually with plant managers to implement changes and measure impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar role in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Collect, analyze, and interpret production data from multiple sites to identify metrics and KPIs.
• Develop reports and dashboards to visualize trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor efficiency, material flow, and resource utilization across the network.
