Placements24 is seeking an Industrial Operations Analyst to join our client’s team in Centurion, Gauteng. The role focuses on applying industrial engineering principles to enhance operational efficiency, identify inefficiencies, and implement data-driven improvements across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within operations or industrial engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced), SQL, and statistical software (R, Python).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of operations management, supply chain processes, and Lean methodologies.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present findings clearly.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a remote or hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs.
