Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote Production Operations Analyst to join a global manufacturing team. The role is fully remote and focuses on analyzing production data across sites, identifying KPIs, and delivering data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency.

You will collect and clean data, build dashboards in Tableau/Power BI, develop predictive models, and collaborate with site operations teams from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 3–5 years in data or operations analysis within manufacturing.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and extract actionable insights.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python or R.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong communication and remote collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze production data from multiple sites.
• Identify KPIs and build dashboards for performance tracking.
• Analyze trends, identify bottlenecks, and propose process improvements.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.
• Collaborate remotely with site operations teams for data support.
• Develop predictive models to forecast production output and risks.
• Support implementation and monitoring of improvement initiatives.
• Maintain databases and analytics tools.
• Stay updated on best practices in production analytics.
• Lead virtual meetings to share insights and drive action.
• Ensure data integrity across outputs.
