Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier information.
• Assist in obtaining quotations from suppliers and liaising for order follow-ups.
• Provide admin support including filing, data entry and scheduling.
• Help verify invoices against PO and delivery notes for accuracy.
• Support procurement team in resolving order-related issues.
