Qualifications

• Basic understanding of procurement principles and processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) for data management and documentation.

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules and discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date procurement records in the company's systems.
• Assist in gathering quotations from potential suppliers and compare offers.
• Provide administrative support to the procurement team including filing and data entry.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide order status updates.
