Qualifications

• Proven experience in process engineering or operations management within manufacturing.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and identify actionable insights.
• Proficiency with process mapping tools and statistical software (Minitab, R, Python) and simulation software.
• Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other optimization frameworks knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes and data to identify improvement opportunities and cost savings.
• Develop data-driven strategies for optimization, efficiency, and quality.
• Design and monitor new workflows using digital tools and platforms.
• Collaborate remotely with site managers, engineers and production teams.
