Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field is required
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in process optimization or related manufacturing operations
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement frameworks
• Proficient with process mapping software and data analysis tools (Visio/Lucidchart, Excel, Python, R)
• Strong remote collaboration and stakeholder influence across time zones
• Proven project management from conception to implementation

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks using data-driven methods
• Design and implement optimized workflows, new technologies, and best practices
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation
• Collaborate with remote engineering, production, and management teams to ensure adoption
• Use analytics and simulation tools to model improvements before rollout
• Monitor KPIs and report progress and results
• Stay current with trends in process optimization and manufacturing automation
• Provide training and support for new processes and systems
• Facilitate remote workshops to drive innovation and problem-solving
