You will identify bottlenecks, apply Lean/Six Sigma methods, and drive throughput, quality, and cost gains while collaborating with on-site teams and R&D via digital platforms.

The role requires a 6+ year track record in process engineering or optimization, strong statistical skills (Minitab, R, Python), and proficiency with simulation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of progression experience in process engineering or optimization.
• Strong Lean/Six Sigma knowledge; Green/Black Belt preferred.
• Proficiency in process analysis and simulation tools.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Develop data-driven strategies to improve throughput, quality, and cost.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma tools to drive process improvements.
• Design experiments to validate new process changes.
• Create SOPs and training material for new processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and QA to implement changes.
• Maintain process simulation models to predict outcomes.
• Present findings and updates to stakeholders via virtual meetings.
• Stay updated on new technologies and best practices in manufacturing.
