Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years progressive experience in industrial engineering focusing on process improvement.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing techniques and problem-solving tools.
• Proficiency in process mapping software, simulation tools, and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and operations management.
• Excellent remote communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current operational workflows and production systems to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies for process improvement, incorporating Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Design and model optimized layouts and material flow for manufacturing and service environments.
• Conduct time and motion studies, and implement appropriate technology solutions to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate virtually with operations managers, production staff, and stakeholders to implement changes effectively.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings, recommendations, and project outcomes for remote review.
