Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years in industrial engineering or process improvement roles.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience; certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Minitab, Excel, and process modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks and cost savings.
• Design and implement Lean and Six Sigma improvements.
• Document SOPs and new workflows with best practices.
• Use mapping and simulation tools to visualize improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams virtually.
• Monitor KPIs and report on performance of improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose sustainable solutions.
• Lead remote workshops and training on process improvement.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive cross-client projects.
