Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a remote Business Process Consultant to optimize client operations nationwide, with ties to Welkom. The role focuses on mapping processes, identifying bottlenecks, and re-engineering workflows to improve productivity and reduce costs.

You will lead virtual workshops, develop metrics and dashboards, and drive Lean/Six Sigma or Agile initiatives to deliver tangible improvements across diverse client industries.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum 6 years in business process analysis or operational consulting.
Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent process improvement certification.
Experience with virtual collaboration and digital tools.

Responsibilities

Map current state processes and document future state.
Design and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
Develop process metrics and dashboards to track performance.
Facilitate virtual workshops with client teams.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Prepare detailed reports and client recommendations.
