Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant specializing in Business Process Improvement to join our team in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. You will lead engagements, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with clients to implement sustainable solutions that boost efficiency and reduce costs.

The role requires a methodical, results-driven professional with 6+ years in operational consulting and proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in business process improvement or related field.
• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostic activities to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Design and re-engineer processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM.
• Develop process maps, requirements and implementation plans.
• Manage project teams through implementation and adoption.
• Quantify benefits and track realization.
• Facilitate workshops and training on process improvement.
