You will work virtually with organizations to identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement best practices that enhance productivity and reduce costs. Key Responsibilities

• Map current state business processes, identify areas for improvement, and document future state processes.
• Design and implement process improvements using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.

• Facilitate virtual workshops with client teams to gather requirements and communicate process changes.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on process analysis findings and recommendations for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in business process analysis, re‑engineering, or operational consulting.
• Certified in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), or equivalent process improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to analyze complex processes and develop effective, practical solutions.
• Strong virtual collaboration and communication skills, adept at using digital tools for teamwork.
• Experience with process modeling software (e.g., Visio, ARIS) and project management tools.
